Reading...

* = books I recommend
** = books I recommend, with discretion {mature themes, controversial viewpoints, unsavory aspects, etc}
crossed out titles = books I recommend not reading
Note: "books I recommend" are thusly marked for many reasons: thought-provoking insights, well-developed plots, charmingly-told tales. To recommend does not mean that I fully agree with or necessarily support the author's views, but that I simply consider the book worth being read.

 I'd love if you commented with some of your favorite books!

Books, especially good, spiritually uplifting books are great to have and read. I agree with you on knowing about the cults. It keeps one on her toes.

This is a wonderful reading list. I have read most of them myself. However, I haven't read "Ten Ways to Destory the imagination of your Child." I looked it up and read the reviews. I am now extremely curious about it!

I think it is good to read about other religions. I have a teacher's degree and a religion theology degree. I am amazed at how much I use both of them in my day to day life. I think it has helped me not to just be a better testimony but also a better witness. It also increased my faith as well.

I enjoyed reading your list!
